Cursor manages MCP servers under Settings > Tools & MCP. The install link below opens that setting with the Eclectic URL already filled in, so there is no chance of a mistyped address.
After installing, Cursor opens the OAuth flow in your browser and stores the credentials. From then on, the agent can use Eclectic's tools inside your editor.

Install the server
Use the one-click install button. Alternatively, open Settings > Tools & MCP > New MCP Server and add the URL manually.

Authorize with your account
Cursor opens the Eclectic login in your browser. Finish signing in and return to the editor.

Verify under Tools & MCP
Eclectic should appear in the list with its discovered tools and the toggle switched on.

Eclectic appears as an active server under Settings > Tools & MCP, with its tool catalogue listed underneath.
Recommendations
If your browser blocks the cursor:// link, use the manual mcp.json configuration.
A project-level server lives in .cursor/mcp.json and is shared with anyone who clones the repository; a global one stays on your machine.
If Cursor shows no tools, refresh the server from Tools & MCP to re-read the catalogue.
